Chasm Loop Trail and Purgatory Brook is a 1.4 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Sutton, Massachusetts that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, and bird watching and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

January 17, 2021January 3, 2021Charley's Loop is off the bucket list. easy with just enough rock and up hill to keep it interesting. Start at left of picnic area behind Gazebo. (I think you can call it a Gazebo, all sides open with roof , filled with picnic tables.

August 6, 2020We had a great visit. The reservation has several picnic areas, a playground and then of course the Chasm. Highly recommend sneakers. I would rate it as moderate, because climbing up and down the rocks can be tricky ( I was carrying my 2 yr old). Definitely recommend!!
