When you get to the parking lot follow the large trail that kind of look like a road. If you take the trail to the right it'll bring you to an area under construction which gets a little confusing to navigate.

A solid 4 hour hike. I did the windy route out and the long straightaway back. Very poor signage, so be sure to have your phone battery charged and your AllTrails map open. The straightaway wasn't crowded at all, but the ten or so people I saw were all on that section. The windy trail was silent and empty. Nothing but nature sounds, and it was grand. I strongly recommend it for people who are trying to recharge in solitude or who seek privacy with their significant others. I barely needed water given the meager altitude. The windy trails are a mountain biker's dream, but they're fun to hike as well. A solid 4 stars for the serenity and the unique views of the old canals and locks that connected Providence to Worcester.
