Beech Forest Trail is a 0.8 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Provincetown, Massachusetts that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and walking and is accessible year-round.
A nice wooded trail with some interesting vegetation.
A nice mostly level walk through a beech forest with brackish swamp areas (level of water depending on recent rainfall). In many spots, the trail is soft sand, so it can be a nice workout.
At the beginning of the trail is a wood walkway where chickadees have come to expect walkers to bring sunflower seeds - the birds will come to your hand to take the seed.
