Always good to walk Kennedy Park. We'll choose a different trail, depending on where we park and how much time we have. Great views from the overlook. Yesterday we took Bridle to Coakley (Main) out to Log Hop and back. Perfect weather and Log Hop is very quiet.

The trails are great. They are all very well labeled and it is near impossible to get lost. The trails range from easiest to most difficult. The easy trails are open with little to none debris (roots & rocks). The most difficult are very technical in that they have steep up hills, that seem to go forever, while being covered with large rocks. These tracks are also much narrower than the easiest trails.

This is a great place for any rider. I would not recommend this place if you are still sore from a previous ride though.

This is a great series of trails for walking, running, or mountain biking. The trails are all linked to one another like a small town in the forest. If you hit each of the trails it totals about 5 miles. There are some great lookout areas with beautiful views and benches scattered throughout the trails in case you want to take a break. This is a pretty easy but very enjoyable trail. If you park at the Arcadian Shop, you can run inside and grab a printed map of the trails before you start.
