A nice hike along the water. A few inclines but a fairly easy hike. Beautiful views at the lighthouse and inside of it.

Not much of a hike but if you are visiting the park this is a fun stop and a great overlook of the Chesapeake.

A nice and easy walk to the lighthouse- our dog loved running through the tall grass!

Very easy, all stone road trail. Plenty of deer when I went. Nice views from the lighthouse cliff. Head left when you leave (if you are facing the treeline) through the mowed grass path to a trail leading to a nice, lower view of the water. This trail leads back to the main rocky trail that you come in on. Parking may be scarce depending on when you go (not bad mid September). Nice easy trail that almost anybody could do

Great trail for walking my dog. Just check for ticks after you get out of the woods.

Very easy walk on the main trail to the Lighthouse and a great view. I took the loop which was a little more effort. I told the Ranger of falling trees on the loop path.

Nice little park, kids enjoyed it.

Easy gravel trail up to the lighthouse with a great view of the bay. A more woodsy trail loops around to the top too. Can get busy on a nice weekend and the parking lot is small, so you might have to wait to get a space.

Very easy trail.

GREAT hike. Very easy, as it follows a paved road and dirt path directly to the lighthouse.

Easy walk and great views along the way, parking is an issue. Not enough parking and everyone parking illegally got a ticket, better get there early. Very nice spot out at the lighthouse, very peaceful until the drone Air Force showed up. Noisy little buggers. MD Park Service should not allow.

Was a cute and great little trail. Was muddy so I didn't get to bring my dog, but it was very foggy when we went so it was super cool seeing everything look very eerie! Great and recommend for people first starting out!

Great walk for those starting out hiking. Path is clear and mostly flat with beautiful views at the end. Bring a lunch and a great camera. a little less than 2 miles, a few hills.

Wide open trail. Easy and big reward at the end!

It was a nice very straightforward trail on a gravel path along the cliff side of the park. Half of it is shaded by the canopy of trees.

My wife and I walked it with our dog and a baby in a running stroller.

The parking lot at the entrance is small, maybe space for 15 cars. When we arrived it was full, but one care had just pulled out.

This is a beautiful spot! As another reviewer said, when you're getting close it seems like you're not going the right way because you're in a little neighborhood. We took Mason in and it's a tiny one lane road with awesome houses overlooking the water but I felt like it was going to dead end into someone's property. We took the other road (forget the name) out which was easier.
Once you're in the park you follow a wide, well maintained, stone trail. This trail is easy, goes straight to the lighthouse, and definitely all levels even for those with mobility issues. As you follow the stone path you'll come to a fork. If you veer to the right and follow the mowed grass trail it will take you along the water. There are overlooks and a rocky beach spot that our dog loved. You can continue through the wooded trail right to the lighthouse. It's not a difficult hike but there are lots of steep drops and the trail gets narrow.

Easy, but very scenic. Nearly 360 degrees of sheer cliffs for viewing pleasure.
