This is a pleasant hike, with a couple of steep climbs. The meadow can get overgrown in the summer, and ticks may be an issue, so be careful to check yourself. The Tobacco Barn is more interesting for its history than as an object to look at -- it's quite broken down and old. The nearby stone foundation is somewhat more interesting to look at, but be cautious in this area, because the stone walls are not reliably stable. The forested areas are cool, and there's one stream crossing, with a newly-built wooden bridge over it. A worthwhile hike, especially when combined with other trails in the park to make a longer loop hike.
