This was a very nice easy hike. You do have to cross water so be prepared to get your feet wet. Like others shared it is not well marked but as long as you are using the map no problem. A great hike for beginners. Small parking area at the beginning of the trail.
It’s badly marked like everyone else said, but with gps it was easy enough to follow. Rocky, but fairly easy and beautiful.
Great quiet rocky trail. Splits initially after first river crossing, but go left and cross again for the loop. Don’t continue at the junction during hunting season or else wear orange. If you go right after the first river crossing it’s a different trail that splits into three.
very rocky and not well marked, but a nice trail and easy enough to follow with phone GPS
Trail map is hard to follow ended up on mountain bike trail.nice area but gradual steep and lots of rocks. Better for mountain biking than hiking. Extra trails not on map... I guess really really tiny waterfall.
The trail is not marked although it isn't difficult to find. I had to do a little back tracking at the beginning because I originally ended up on a mountain bike trail. Fun, easy hike with little waterfalls and some pools.
the trail didn't really have constant view of the river. i went with my parents who were older and the big rocks in the trail were an issue so we didn't do the full loop
It can be hard to find, because there are multiple trail intersections at one spot, but we made our way! You actually walk along what appears to be the stream bed, and yes, you will get wet feet if the water is even slightly high. I managed to get across dry, but my daughter slipped in a couple times. “Waterfall” is super small, but a nice view. We did see a water snake in the pool at the bottom, so no swimming for us! Always buggy in this area, so bring bug spray!
Very nice stream, couldn’t cross it without walking stick or with kids. No markings, very confusing. The 100 feet or so that got us to the stream was as far as we could go, kids played in the stream and saw a turtle so they were excited. Would not have chosen had I known only way to cross would be to get soaked.
