Great trail, well marked, great views. Definitely 8 miles long if you follow the trail directions in AllTrails. The back half was very wet and muddy, make sure you have waterproof boots if you hike after a rain!

Great variation of trails and terrain. There were some crowds, but you could avoid them.

This trail is ok, there were a lot of people and bikes. When we first got there it was pretty quiet but by the time we left there were people everywhere. It is a ton of up hills which is ok but it really felt like that was all we did, could have been the way we started.

Great trail that gets easier as you go. 1st 2-3 miles are semi-challenging, but then gets flatter from there. It is super muddy out here and be careful stepping on wooden crossings as some are shaky.

Early in the day when the muddy areas were still frozen it was easy walking. Later, as the warmed the top layer it was quite slippery in many spots. I believe I followed the description correctly. The blazes and trail intersections were well marked for the most part. BUT, rather than 6.4 miles GPS recorded 8.2

The recent rains have left the trail extremely muddy at the moment. Still a great trail, be prepared for lots of mud and several stream crossings.

I’m pretty beat from doing this trail today. It was good but trafficy (in part because there was a race going on). Some areas are hard to figure out which way to go, and sometimes the spots where the trails fork and split are not obvious. Definitely use the map. We never made it onto the Nacho trail, we actually took Belmont to get back to the entrance.

Pretty crowded, especially by the waterfall area. Rest was ok, could hear the interstate and airport almost the whole time.

Overall good trail, however: very muddy in spots. Be mindful of bikers. Trail markers not so great in places. Easy to get off trail by accident in some spots. Not too rocky or rooty. From my parking on Landing Rd, 8.5 mi incl getting off trail in spots.

Loved the Ridge trail...pretty solitary. Whatever the purple part of the trail is got flooded, so had to turn around and come back before finishing the loop.

Is this trail really 6.4 miles? We tried the loop, after hitting ridge trail on rockburn we were already at 6miles, so cut through to morning choice and that was close to 8miles. Didn’t even do the rockburn loop
