This is a lovely trail with beautiful views of the lake. Make sure you have a map our directions since there are some confusing intersections.

Easy trail around the lake mostly.. portions of lake shore trail(blue marker) were closed as per sign boards, but not sure ,as I kept following the AllTrails route.

Very easy parking. More of a county park type stroll around a lake than an actual hike. Too many people not wearing masks (rude).

Nice trail, but could be marked better. We wound up doing a mini-loop when we thought we were headed to the lake.

Awesome trail. Old Pond has very few people; Clipper Lake trail has more but it was easy to maintain distance. Parking for the starting point is just *before* the park’s tollbooth. Wear tick spray — lots of long grass on Old Pond (though I found no ticks). Really, really scenic and enjoyable trail.

Nice easy walk. Trail starts along the creek, then along transmission lines, into the woods again, and then around the lake with the majority of the time spent on the lake trail.

HikingOver grown

nice well maintained trails, easy for hiking/walking but with lots of roots around the lake. Also some overgrowth in the meadow/powerlines portion of the connector trail between the two loops. Didn't see too many people on a weekday morning, and most of them were around the lake. Would recommend early morning any day though, the quietness and lake views are really nice at that time of day!
