Lake Hallowell is perfect for wildlife lovers. There are blue heron, beavers, deer, frogs, fish, turtles, birds, and much more. It is perfect for children to bike ride around even adults. Sometimes the mud will collect in the low areas after it rains but you can walk around those parts. The forest is very beautiful. James creek feeds into the lake it is perfect for kids to go frogging or looking for other creek life. The terrain is perfect with a couple of easy hills and there’s a grass hill at the far end of the lake that you can spread out a blanket, have a picnic with a beautiful view of the lake. It is HOA owned but is open to the public The HOA is planning to do some renovations like dredging and filters in lake. It is also a great place for dog training.

This is a very pretty paved trail in the back yard of a home owners' association so to one side is nature and the other are houses. The are lots of geese and the site is fragrant right now with flowing trees. Suitable for wheelchairs but the are a couple of very short and steep inclines. I think it's technically private property but no one stopped us.

This is a beautiful paved trail with tons of geese, occasion heron, pretty wildflowers, and foliage. The trail is ideal for walking, running or birding. Occasionally people bike, but it is a narrow path with high sharp edges so biking can be dicey. It is beautiful year round. In the summer it can get swarms of gnats and mosquitos. There are some hills.
