Maryland really screwed up this trail when they built the ICC. Driving along the highway you see tempting segments of paved trail, but it turns out they're quite isolated, don't include bridge crossings, and to get from each tiny piece to the next you have to ride shoulderless high speed crowded roads, insanely sharp turns, and other obstacles The segments are long enough to walk a dog, but far too short for an enjoyable bike ride.
