beautiful trail, mostly shaded and spots to swim, only complaint would be how easy it is to get off trail and end up backtracking to get back on the trail

Good trail, watch for blazes. Busy Sunday with lots of cyclists but wonderfully dry weather- beautiful area. Just under 2 hours solo.

Nice hike. Some decent inclines but not too steep. Pretty trail. Not too busy today even for a gorgeous 70° Sunday. Some horses, some bikers. We'll definitely be back!

Great trail. Nice creek to swim in and take a break from the hike. The kids (16, 13, 11, 9 and 6 years old) all loved it and we are all wipes out, including the dog, but so grateful. Definitely will go again!

Excellent place to trail run, mountain bike, and hike. Grade is not too steep, and I often use this trail for training. Take a snack break by the creek, but be mindful of the trail markings or you can walk off route into private property.

Love this trail. It needs a little better markings at a couple "intersections", but you won't get lost. Challenging elevations for less experienced hikers. but a great 5-6 mile hike.

*Lock your cars and do not leave valuables.* The lady that parked next to us had left her purse in the backseat of her car and she had her window smashed in when she returned from her hike. GPS is a bit wonky here. Get ready for some HILLS and a good work out!

Overall very disappointing. This was not a difficult trail as advertised. At best it was easy to very very slightly moderate. Orange trail initially was marked but then suddenly orange trail blazed disappear. Ended up hiking on unmarked trails for a bit to see if we could find orange blazes but to no avail. No trail maps available anywhere and the all trail map was unfortunately not very helpful. Ended up doubling back to were we last saw orange blazes - tried a different unmarked trail to see if there were any blazes further down and there were not. If I had all day to hike around I am sure it would have been fine., I have hiked extensively on the east coast and this park was the most poorly markedly trail system I have seen. Leadership of Fair Hills needs to take time and responsibility to mark the trails. I will also add the I am very much of the opinion “leave no trace” - the amount of horse dung left on the trail was disappointing. It would be nice if the horse(wo)men would be responsible and clean up after their animals.

Horseback riding; great trails and hills. Fun open field space to let them stretch their legs

This is one of my favorite local trails for hiking and trail running. It’s the perfect length for a quick hike. I especially enjoy this trail after the leaves turn. Depending on how much noise you make you’re likely to see deer.

its a nice trail, a few spots weren’t greatly marked but all in all was easy to follow. Some nice open fields and lots of trees. Pretty popular on a Saturday but not stuffy. Thoroughly enjoyed the earth under my feet.

Very nice trail, rained the day and the night before and I was worried about it being to muddy but it was fine. As mentioned before there are 2-3 areas where it is not clearly marked. Also there is a fee to park $3 for residence and $5 for non resident. Overall fun trail!

Very nice trail through the woods. Quite a bit of a hike but not difficult at all. Active horseback riding trail so watch out for the droppings. Mix of wooded and field trail spots but majority in the woods. Well marked with orange markers. Overall a nice hike.

Great trail and well marked except for a short section around the nature center. Nice varied terrain with good Hill sections and a short section of open fields. Trail was pretty quiet saw a few mountain bikers and only two other hiking groups. All in all a great afternoon walk. Highly recommend.
