Fair Hill Green Loop is a 4.3 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Elkton, Maryland that features a great forest setting and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, birding, and horses and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

I love this trail. It begins near the covered bridge, and meanders beside the creek for a while, passing an abandoned bridge, and usually a few deer nestling in thickets during the day.

After crossing the creek, it becomes a bit more strenuous, with some elevation changes that provide a nice vantage point at the trail you've just covered.

The best part is that this trail seems to be a bit less traveled, so if you are looking for serenity, this is an excellent choice.
