A few parts have some encroaching weeds and brush that affect your ascent. Be prepared for some yardwork on the steep but brief intervals. Also, spotted about 8 different blue-tailed skinks, so look out and listen for scurrying.

Nice short cardio hike, it's a climb for only 1.9 miles, very shaded, beautiful right now. Very lush/green.

The trailhead is right inside one of the entrances to Cunningham Falls State Park, so make sure you have money for the entrance fee. The trail itself is nice- shaded, pretty ferns along the way, fairly well maintained. There’s not much of a view from the top of the hill as other reviews point out. I would rate this hike more moderate than hard, but it’s a good short hike if you want to get out and get your heart pumping.

From trailhead up and back is exactly 3 miles. Great fitness hill. We’ve been doing this one every day, and it comes in at 35 minutes to the top, and a few more than that back down, slightly over an hour without heavy packs. The last 0.1 mile up is a killer.

sneks...stopped recording at overlook, double distance.

Beautiful lush ferns abound along the trail! Very rocky, and pretty straight up hiking for 1.5 + miles. Under whelming view from the top but we were seeking a good cardio workout which it delivered. Bring your bug spray.

Long slow climb to the top with little to no break in the climb which makes it a great hill challenge. Then good views and all downhill back to the car.

South overlook is a bit less obstructed by trees than the north overlook, but not much worth the long uphill hike (unless training per other reviewers suggestion). The view from White Rock on the neighboring path/mountain is much clearer.

It’s a good hike. All uphill, but makes the return trip easy. Not the best view, even without leaves on the trees, but worth doing it and will likely do it again.

A nice Rocky climb with a good challenging ascent and can be done easily in an hour and a half or two hours if you wander. Not a lot to see if there's no foliage and not any Wildlife when I went. ample parking and a restroom with playground at the base.

We did it in 1.5 hours with a little break at the overlook. It's easy to find from the parking lot and is not very "hard" at all. A nice training for trail runners and those wanting to practice inclines.

Nice hike uphill to the North and South overlooks. Saw a cautious timber rattlesnake sunbathing on the South overlook.
