Moderate hiking trail located about 10 miles South of the Canadian border. On a clear day there are potential views of Mt. Washington to the Southwest, Mt. Katahdin to the Northeast and Mt. Mgantic in to the North in Quebec. Great views of surrounding mountains and lakes at the top. Fire lookout tower at the summit.

Nice hike though the snow at the top made it rough going! Lots of leftover snow on May 20th!

Very fun and interesting hike. I was able to see an old cabin in the woods, a helipad, and there's a whole bunch of radio transmitting things at the top.
