This is a good one if you did Beech Mtn but aren’t ready to go home yet. That’s what we did. The view were nothing great until the end, but the last view was the beginning of Beech Cliffs (which is worth doing!!! Very short but gorgeous!!) They don’t plow the parking lot so park at the gate and add .3 miles to whatever hike(s) you choose.

Beautiful trail through the woods with plenty of valley/cliff views. Definitely needs to be marked as moderate and not easy. The majority of the trail consists of up and down terrain with plenty of tree roots and numerous boulders and precarious steps. I would not recommend bringing older people or dogs.
