Lovely stroll along the shore. (Not a hike.) Lots of rock nooks jutting into water on which to sit and look at water and perhaps some boats. Be sure to check out the cemetery for an interesting Salem witch trial connection to one of those buried there. . Don’t bother with the Davis Farm part of route. It felt like a random 1 mile loop through woods. Could use upkeep.

Beautiful trail with absolutely stunning water views and a few rocky access points. The only drawback is that there’s not much parking.

My son and bulldog had fun swimming at the little beach. Gorgeous views. Very easy hike. We had a great time.

This is a gorgeous walk along the Maine coast. It’s easy and well worth the trip! Highlights: - beach area to explore - remote location - well marked trail - plaque explaining historical implications of area - the beautiful location Note: some trees have been blown down along sections of the trail

9.20.18. Gorgeous, and easy, trail that mostly follows incomparable Maine coastline. We went counter-clockwise on the loop and towards the end, the trail goes through lovely forest and passes by an old cemetery and a ruined habitation.
