So enchanting! Even though it’s mid-April, it was about 35 degrees, windy, and hailing part of the time and even with that, it was a FANTASTIC trail. I loved that we could keep expanding on the original trail and get more mileage. The river trail was so beautiful. Lots of tree damage from the winter, but it made it even more beautiful. Lovely flat hike!

This is a series of interconnecting trails in a wooded area. The trail is dirt, covered with pine needles. The woods are thick with ferns and small pines covering the ground. Be prepared for mud and heavy bugs in May and June.
