Pretty good trail. Gets pretty steep at times so that’s cool. Only problem there was a shit ton of people. Including some dumb kids blasting Radiohead! Haha

We went up Tablelands to Ocean Lookout, then did the little loop to Adam's Lookout. The connection between Megunticook Trail and Tablelands does not have a sign and is hard to find-- we used both maps and GPS. Misty and muggy, with slippery rocks, but pretty views!

Great morning hike before sun is too hot. Hardest powered is going up to Mount Battie. Great views up Mount Battie and then again partway up Mount Megunticook. Lots of different kind of terrain. Trails are good. Summit is in Forrest so there is no view.

The trail is a challenging climb across rocks and with moist leaves and mud. Watch that you don’t slip but I almost find it inevitable at one point or another because of the terrain and mud coming down. 1/4 remaining to go and you are greeted with breathtaking views of the Penobscot Bay. Highly recommend good hiking shoes.

The trail can be a bit confusing since there are a few branches and intersections; some of the signs were down. Lots of blazes though but can be easy to get off track if you’re not paying attention. Fun little hike and the views are breathtaking. We went a few days after a good rain and it was slick and muddy in spots. Definitely have to pay attention!

The view at the top was worth the Hike! My wife and I enjoyed it!

Lots of rocky pathways and mostly horizontal. If you're coming from Megunticook, it's mostly downhill. Be careful with descending, it's easy to trip and fall. Still, the rocks are great and as long as you take it slow there is tons of awesome foliage to check out.

Easy hike with coastal views. Family friendly in the summer. Icy in the winter and spring.

I did not fell this was an "easy" trail! However it was beautiful, wide, marked well!

Easy hike, but could use a lot more signage. You're looking at some very unique geology - but with no information available on signs.

Used it as a cross cut... Spectacular views... Icy this time of year but worth it with the right equipment

The views at Ocean Point Lookout were gorgeous!!! But the map was confusing. Very easy to get of track and make a two mile hike into a ten mile hike.

This place gets me started with my enjoyment of doing 'cameratography' while out on the trail. I's tough getting the perfect visual conditions for capturing the sights here. This is why I am completely with sharing camera work.

Great view! It is an easy hike and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the woods and see the ocean
