Very scenic, well marked, easy trail, but incredible number of mosquitoes. We were eaten alive even with heavy duty bug spray. Probably best at high tide. Very limited parking.

Did this loop after learning that Morse Mountain and Popham Beach were both closed. We were really happy we gave it a go as it was a really nice, easy quarter to half (leisurly) day walk! We visited all of the spots off side trails that lead to the water and it was neat to keep seeing the water from different perspectives as you moved up the bank. It was a calm, peaceful and quiet setting and we saw only a handful of people the whole day.

Great trail. Well marked. Side trails and views increase length to over 3 miles. Fun for dogs.

I think this is a great trail! The McDonald Preserve goes off this, so we did that-orange blaze . Marsh loop not well blazed! A pond, ocean, forest and Adam! We did all the views but one!

Great easy hike. Wonderful views! It does sneak up on you as you are driving. Very easy to pass right by it. The parking is a little iffy

2 mi loop. 3 mi to see everything. Plenty of deer & ospreys in the area. Everywhere in the forest you'll hear the roar of some distant rolling surf. Beautiful views of Dam, Marsh, & Ocean.
