Easy hike :) Beautiful swimming hole! Seriously clear water! Only regret; wish we would have hiked it on a hot summer day..

Great short hike to do with kids with an interesting flume and swimming hole. The first half of the trail is easy dirt trail which passes a field of wildflowers and views of the mountains (this stretch is in the sun). The second part is in the woods and has many roots and rocks. I recommend wearing trainers or hiking books with good ankle support. Kids had no issues: ages 9, 11, 12 and 16yr. The swimming hole got really crowded with people walking between us with no masks, so that weirded out my kids. Bring bug spray! Note: The bridge was closed on our drive, so we had to take a detour.

Easy hike, types rattlesnake pool into gps & bright me straight to trail head. Thank you to those who said get there early, which we did. Got back to our car at noon & met at least 50 people on way out. Go early & bring swim gear. Pool is cold but beautiful!! Some may need bug spray as well, we didn’t but there are a few bugs.

This was a great hike. We went up White Cairn trail to take the steepest way up and gradual way down and were not disappointed. The views were amazing. Definitely take the loop to the summit/viewpoint.

We had a great time hiking out to this little pool! The trail wasn't marked, however due to another comment left below we were able to find it! water was freezing, but so refreshing. The hike wasn't bad either. Beautiful. We got there around 9 am and by 12 there were quite a few people there with kids. Just watch out for that if you don't like crowds! otherwise it was wonderful!

moderate (on a hot day) to easy, short hike with a well worth it watering hole at the end! Make sure to take the right where the trails fork unmarked otw to rattlesnake, if you see yellow markers you’ve gone the wrong way (down Stone house trai.) Short detour if you’re a bit scatterbrained like me. The pup and I much recommend this one!

Pretty easy trail with a lot of other options for harder trails along the way. The water is clear/emerald and cold. So nice, but it must have been packed before we got there. Tons of people headed out while we headed in at about 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon.

This was a nice hike to the pool. Two small section of the trail was muddy, but passable if you cut through the bushes. The pool was crowded the yesterday, but there is a spot off to the side you can get to and sit on the rocks in the water. Water was very cold, but refreshing after the hike up on a very hot day. we saw many different age children up there. I would do this hike again.

Was a perfect way to spend a summer day! This starts out feeling like you were on Little House on the Prairie and then ends up at a beautiful waterhole. Definitely recommend getting there early to mid morning to avoid crowds.

Went after a rain shower, so it was a little muddy. We seemed to be following the trail, but the map said we ventured off a bit. The loop part of the trail was definitely worth the steep hike up! The views were beautiful and there were all the wild blueberries you could want! Might try this again when we are in better shape

The waterfall and gorge are beautiful. Getting down to the waterfall is very steep and the horse flies are everywhere. The water is absolutely freezing.

Hiked up to the pool today, very very busy again. Lots of people from out of state who were not social distancing and not quarantining for the proper length of time according to conversations (someone even mentioned they drove up from Boston that very morning...). Not the best place to beat the heat at the moment if you’re worried about COVID but very refreshing if you’re safe about it!
