Love this trail, the Falmouth spur generates a ton of noise, but the river and falls are great.

On the trail after the wind storm on 10/17. I did not see any blowdown on this trail. No mud, no bugs. Walking the dog off- leash. Passed a number of walkers and their dogs, a guy on a mountain bike, and one trail runner. Pretty foot bridges. Falls are really more like rapids, a picturesque end to the trail

My doggy and I love this trail! Tons of waterfront to jump into the river and a few different loops to incorporate. Most people let their dogs off leash. It can get pretty buggy though.

Gorgeous trail, very dog friendly and pretty easy while babywearing with a hiking pack. Well shaded. Definitely bring bug spray though, we got eaten alive the first time but were fine the second time with spray.

We've hiked this trail twice - the first time it was early spring and we had to turn back because the parts of the trail that weren't covered in ice were thick with black mud; the second time was mid summer and much more enjoyable, though we still didn't make it more than a mile or so. The first half mile is not so pretty, but once you go under the highway overpass it gets better. There are a couple swimming hole spots along the way. Mosquitos were enormous and plentiful in July!

Great spot, and easily accessible. Lots of bugs in the first section of the trail, so wear long sleeves.

There are several ways to get into this trail system and Summit Street is just one. Well worth the walk down to the waterfalls. Spring can be a bit muddy so be sure to wear appropriate footwear. Very dog friendly and saw several while on the trail.

Nice main route along the river. Some pretty challenging loops. Some nice new bridges have been constructed in the last couple years.
