I agree that it is not a welled marked trail. Just rooty and slippery and boring inplaces

We decided to hike the not well marked Ledge Trail loop 1.2 mi. RT up to the top of Mt. St. Sauvieur, which has NO views and everyone gave a thumbs down, as no reward awaited us at the top (next time - Acadia Mountain 2.5 mi. RT or Beech Mtn. - 1.1 mi. RT or Beech Cliff loops - 0.6mi RT either start at Echo Lake Beach, or better to go up 102, left on 102 (opposite way from Somesville) and then left on Beech Hill Road to the end and the trailheads for Beech Mountain hikes). Gorham Mountain and South Bubbles Trail are MUCH better. I gave it two stars ONLY because it is in Acadia. Don't recommend this hike.
