Great running trail, good mix of sun and shade. Get to run by the water for a little bit and behind some beautiful houses. Trail was a little precarious with roots and rocks, but nothing a little focus can’t overcome.

Visited last weekend for a family bike. Great trail and no problem for our 4 and 7 year olds on bikes. One small area by the end of trail was muddy that we had to walk bikes around. Otherwise would highly recommend.

Great trail. I started at Sea Road School for easy parking. You walk past a few houses in the beginning, the views of the water were nice. I would definitely do this again.

It’s an easy trail. The first half is scenic and the second half is woodsy. Three stars because it’s a good trail walk but it’s nothing too special.

Nice scenery and easy trail to walk. Great views of the ocean, marsh and river. A portion of the trail backs up to houses though. Very little areas were muddy. We got to see a short high speed Amtrak train go by as well. We started at the ocean end of the trail where there is extremely little parking. I personally believe starting there an ending there in the best way to do it. Our dogs enjoyed it

Parcours agréable et diversifié : Forêt, rivière, marais et plage. Stationnement à l’école où l’on accède aux sentiers. Peu fréquenté. Attention aux tiques !

Parked at the school. Had to call off walk after 10 mins due to the number of bugs. Had we anticipated this we would have covered up as I'm sure it is a nice walk.

Great walk! Easy, with plenty of nice views. Kids would love it! Some great wildlife viewing spots, we even saw a wild pig! Na, just kidding, but there was a bald eagle and a gorgeous Scarlet Tanager! Enjoy healthy peeps!

Great trail for a relaxing walk. Parking at the school on Sea Rd was good advice. More good advice ...be mindful of the tides. Tides were high this weekend, and when we were returning to our car parked at the school, we found part of the trail submerged. Not just a little. We had to wade through the late October tide. Brrrr!

Park at Sea Road School in Kennebunk (Do Not Follow Directions From This app-leads you way past the school and you'll have to turn around). When you pull into the school you'll see a cross walk (before the parking lot). You'll see a beated path on either side. The right side is a short .30 walk that ends at rail road tracks. The left side (which has a Bridal Path sign at the trail head) is the actual path; 3 miles one way. Very nice, flat, shaded trail with beautiful scenery spots. Keep in mind the numerous houses with barking dogs.

Nice easy walking trail with nice views of the Mousam River. You will need to bring some bug spray.

Easy trail. Lovely scenery along the marsh and river. Mostly a woodsy trail. There is no sign post at Trail head and no parking. Noticed that other people parked and entered trail in places where the trail intersects roads.

Short and sweet. It's Kennebunk though... No "t" at the end.
