Directions from North Lovell, ME: Travel west on SR 5 approximately 1 mile to a undesignated road on the right. (Kezar Lake is ahead on the right.) Travel this road a little more than a mile and make your first right just before crossing Great Brook. The trailhead is about 1.6 miles north, just past the Miles Notch Trailhead.

A very satisfying hike. Plenty of water features, but no scenic vista payoff at the top (unless you bushwhack). More of a connector trail. Gets progressively more challenging. Excellent way to spend a morning!
