Amazing views along the Beehive ascend, bowl pond and Gorham mountain descend. The climb up at Beehive is thrilling but totally worth it! We went to Otter Point after coming down from Gorham, which takes additional ~30 mins

This was a great trail, not too difficult but took some maneuvering up, over, and around rocks. Even with others on the trail and at the summit it didn’t feel overcrowded and certainly didn’t take away from the view. It’s a must-do if you’re traveling to Acadia!

Sunrise on Gorham was incredible. We were the only ones on the mountain, aside from an adorable couple that got engaged at sunrise. Great alternative to crowded Cadillac Mountain for sunrise.

HikingGreat!

Fun, easy hike away from the crowds of sand beach and Cadillac Mountain, with incredible panoramic views from the summit. We arrived at 9:15 am on the first day of the Park's vehicle reservation pilot program, and still found ample parking at the trail head, despite large crowds at Sand Beach and Thunder Hole. The hike itself consists of a gentle, partially rocky climb to the summit, with numerous picturesque viewpoints near the top. Our two small dogs had no trouble with the terrain. We even saw a bald eagle!

The summit views were AMAZING! The front desk clerk at our hotel recommended this as his favorite trail in Acadia and it did not disappoint!

Started at the parking lot trailhead. Opted to climb via Cadillac Cliffs after the monument which was more difficult but more enjoyable. Joined back up with Gorham Mountain Trail and continued to the summit. Beautiful views! Used Gorham Mountain Trail for the descent back to the parking area. Highly recommend this trail and I recommend using Cadillac Cliffs. It’s not terribly difficult but it’s a beautiful segment.

Gorham is quickly becoming one of my favorite spots in the park. After doing the cadillac sunrise I wanted something different so I hiked up Gorham and was blown away by the sunrise here. Took cadillac cliffs back down and would recommend doing so, a lot of interesting obstacles on that path.

Great easy hike with decent views that were worth the effort! There are definitely better trails in the park but this one was not as busy as most. Would recommend.
