it was a short easy hike for toddlers. it ends up in this small field like area connecting to the fort overlooking the ocean. definitely a must go to entertain young kids.

I really enjoyed visiting this place! So much to soak in. Various charges to get in (only $3 for adult maine residents). Great sights and a lot of historical information to read about. The underground tunnel was fun and my son loved Block House.

Great spot for a good view and history lesson :) Trails are short and easy - good for all levels, all families and furry friends. Went at 3p - two other groups there, younger, smoking marijuana.
