A very short trail, it can be a little steep, and there are roots the entire way up. The view at the top is great, and it’s a very scenic hike.

A quick hike to a beautiful open spot at the top. Good spot to sit for awhile and enjoy the view of fort Baldwin and a few lighthouses.

A lovely walk on a beautiful March afternoon. Temp in low 30s. Nice views on the way , which might be blocked by foliage in summer. Top is open with good views. Looks like a good spot for a family picnic in warmer weather. Dry trail and no bugs this time of year. Sign at trail head warns of ticks.

Good very short hike to the overview, which is the perfect picnic spot we were looking for away from the crowd of Popham.
