Cathedral Trail by itself is an easy walk, especially well-suited for families with smaller children. A truly beautiful trail, well worth the visit. Continuing beyond Cathedral Trail becomes more challenging. Kindly resist the urge to build your own "fairy house" on this trail. An excellent place for this fun activity is at Midcoast Botanical Gardens in Boothbay, where classes are offered in a more appropriate setting.
