An absolute must do hike when you are in the are. Takes only 1,5h to the top (even with a lot of picture breaks) amazing views and just an amazing trail in beautiful autumn colors. My absolute favorite! Some parts are rocky but not bad at all and still easy to hike on.

Went up with five other lady friends. Took our time and took three hours to hike to the top. Two ladies decided to catch a ride back down to the vehicle with friendly strangers. Four of us made it back down the trail in two hours. This hike has a lot of rocks to hike on and over and was a little too strenuous for some of us. Would love to do it again after my knees recuperate!

Visited Acadia with my girlfriend and some college friends this weekend. I've been to the park a number of times but have never climbed Cadillac. It is a very gradual and doable mountain. The views from the top were breathtaking.

Nice hike. Great views. Not too many people in the afternoon. Solid for a workout. Got good interval training running with walking.

Right next to the road most of the way. A lot of noise from the cars. The views are nice when they peek through the trees. And it's the first place the sun hits in North America from October to March.

Amazing trail. We took it easy as it was rocky and wet. The vistas are amazing. Depending on skill level this can be a hard trail due to rocks. Cardio wise, it easy I feel.

Took us about 2 hr 15 min. Left at 645 am to avoid crowd. Parked on the road across the road from the trailhead (looks like a rock staircase) could not have been better! Highly recommend. Beautiful 360 views, tons of birds, gorgeous fall foliage

My husband and I hiked down this trail from the summit of Cadillac Mtn on 9/30/19 after hiking up Cadillac’s West face. It was a nice descent after a tough climb up. It took us less than 90 minutes to come down. The trail is clearly marked and not too challenging.

Due to parking, went up Gorge trail, down North ridge. The other route may be just as great… I don’t know. But I do know that this one was absolutely fantastic. Trails not at all crowded, Particularly the Gorge Trail. The summit, of course because of the road up to it, was very crowded.

The hike going up is about 2 miles and 2 miles coming back down but the view is beautiful. It was strenuous and if you just wanted to hike for the view, I recommend taking your car up Cadillac mountain. But it was well worth it.

Park & start at Cadillac N Ridge to Cadillac Mtn to Dorr Mtn to Dorr North Ridge Trail to Kebo Mtn Trail to Kebo Mtn then back to start. About 7m loop. With 52lb Vizsla. Hike between Cadillac and Dorr is scramble challenge for humans and dog. Blazes worn on Dorr to Kebo. Very achievable for doggie with Trail experience.

Awesome hike. Good mix of smooth and jagged rocks. Trail well marked.

Trail completed on 9/3/19 was Eagle Lake Carriage Road, NOT Cadillac Mtn.

Beautiful views and the gorge was so peaceful. This route takes you on the loop road for the first part for around 10-15 minutes, but it seems like you could take the gorge trail north instead for a slightly longer but more enjoyable experience. Also the gorge was pretty slippery so sturdy shoes are a must.
