Great hike. Stellar views throughout! Challenging but super doable. I recommend doing this hike counterclockwise from the parking lot so that you’re not doing the crowded rock scramble up and instead are coming down. Enjoy!

HikingGreat!

Great hike overall with awesome views. South Bubble had some moderate traffic, but North and Conner’s was practically empty. Some areas had rock scrambles and loose rocks, so shoes with good traction is a plus. This is a great trail to hike if you want to get away from the crowds. Took the Eagle Lake Trail and Jordan Pond Carry back to the bubble parking lot. Only issue is in regards to the hikers - please hold onto your trash and dispose of it properly! Saw some gross stuff towards the end of the trail.

Great Views! Lots of scrambley bits. Ran into people on Jordan Pond and South Bubble, but had the North Bubble onward to ourselves. Shore around Eagel lake is super rocky until just before the Carry.

Spectacular hike, gorgeous views. The hike up South Bubble is moderate to hard with a difficult stretch but worth it, instead of retracing we took the EAgle Lake Trail to Jordan Pond Carry. Most of Eagle Lake was a rock scramble.

Beautiful view at the top!!! I took my 2 year old on my back and it was kind of sketchy because it was very steep and you almost had to rock climb at points but it was fun and the view was amazing

The Nubble is the unsung hero of this trail! The view from the top taking in Eagle Lake is stunning. Loved it!

From Jordan pond a straight uphill scramble to south bubble . Fun but very tough. Would not recommend going down this way. Some narrow spots to squeeze through, climbing up rocks hands and feet. Easier hike over to North bubble, and toward Connors nubble, took carriage road back to Jordan lake carry trail to Bubble parking lot.

I personally loved this trail! I found it to be appropriately rated as moderate. My family, who are all very new to hiking found it a bit more challenging. They all made it to the top but struggled a bit with the minor inclines along the way to the peak of North Bubble. The views were fantastic and just below the summit is a perfect spot to pause for a picnic!

July 26: North Bubble summit was neat with nice views of Jordan Pond. I would personally skip the South Bubble and Bubble Rock although it is quick to loop around to see these. The journey to Conners was pretty with views of Eagle Lake, and it was an easy scramble up Conners. This is an iconic hike and short enough for all to just visit the Bubbles. I turned around after Conners but the trail seemed to continue. I did not realize the Bubbles Divide extension led to the shores of Jordan Pond. Go early as it gets packed.

Added portion of Eagle Lake on return from Connor’s Nubble...buggy and a little overgrown but worth it.

Just hiked up to see Bubble Rock... Cool to see the rock up close, with beautiful 360 views of the mountains.

A nice hike that’s not too rocky with amazing views all around. Took my 70 year old mom on this for her first hike so we shaved off a little distance by turning around at Conners Nubble and again at The Bubble instead of continuing the loop. Overall a great hike that is accurately rated as moderate.

The view from the top is fabulous! There are two beautiful lakes to see. No guardrail, so hang onto your kids!
