The view from the top is fabulous! There are two beautiful lakes to see. No guardrail, so hang onto your kids!

Great short hike. Surprise climb at the summit. Very rewarding!

Amazing views!

Surprisingly fast, and the views from the top of North bubble are amazing!

Great hike and climb with even better views, but definitely recommend hiking south to north Bubble clockwise. A pretty steep climb up south Bubble from Jordan pond, wouldn’t recommend descending unless you want a more advanced hike. A good climb up and the views are worth it.

Amazing view. Great quick hike.

This was a great hike with wonderful views. The trails were well maintained and well marked. There is a very difficult section on the southern most part of the south bubble that is NOT ok for dogs. It is very steep and narrow with some climbs that are almost impossible for any dogs. I would not recommend anyone under the age of ten or who is afraid of heights to do that section. Besides that, this was a wonderful hike I would recommend to almost everyone. It is definitely possible to do more of an out and back and skip the steep portion of the south bubble.

Highly recommend going the route of South bubble then north bubble as there are a few parts acending South bubble that would be very difficult descending. The hike overall was easy but for the aforementioned moments that were difficult for a few fit 55 year-olds.

fantastic hike. we did south bubble first and descended down the rocks and it was great fun - few shuffles on the bum down the rocks but easier than ascending. Wonderful views and easy hike for such views. The did north bubble again manageable hike and wonderful views of eagle lake. we continued to eagle lake and joined eagle lake loop (fun walk over rocks) and later the carry Jordan lake trail back to bubbles parking lot so we didn't have to go back on ourselves (easy walk back)

The view is amazing up at the top. I STRONGLY agree with some other posters in that coming up South Bubble was a difficult climb for me (fairly fit 56 y.o.).
There were two or three spots near the top that I wasn’t sure I’d be able to continue, yet the thought of going down the way we came was not in the realm of possibility. Going back down Bubble Trail after scrambling up South Bubble seemed like a breeze.
The view was definitely worth it!

Fun trail with amazing views, but incredibly challenging coming up from the lake to South Bubble. I would recommend doing the loop clockwise as another poster mentioned as I can't imagine trying to come down the way we went up. There was some pretty serious climbing in one section with little room for error. From South Bubble/Bubble Rock we headed to North Bubble, then Conners Nubble and then went north to Eagle Lake. We picked up the Eagle Lake trail to Jordan Pond Carry trail to head back to our car. The trail around the lake was nice with lots of boulders to climb over. It was much more enjoyable than trying to come back the way we came and it evens out to be about the same mileage.

Love! Totally fun, especially the decent from South Bubble towards the lake - a fun scramble. Our kids (5 & 7) both did well and enjoyed it.

Recommend going clockwise on loop as pitch from pond to top of bubble very steep and rocky.

There are 3 ways to get up/down the mountain. We were hiking with a dog and one route is not dog friendly, so check with the ranger stations. One path is no joke, hiking over boulders. The views were worth it!

We didn't attempt the southerly descent from South Bubble on the advice of several other hikers (including their six and eight year old children) at the top, who cautioned that it was extremely challenging for younger children (which calls into question the moderate rating), but otherwise a very enjoyable trail.

we did just bubblerock and the north peak and both were well worth the short effort. we did not complete the remainder of the north trail.

Hit all the bubbles today! Beautiful hike and our absolute favorite of the weekend. Just when you think the view can't get better, it does!

Great way to start a day. About a mile climb from the lot to the rock. Good peripheral areas to explore. Excellent views.

Definitely come up the south side of South Bubble from Jordan Pond. We went up the north side and came down the south side and it's a lot more challenging to come down that side, especially the wedge. Beautiful views from the top!

Try to park at the small parking lot before the main parking lot for this trail (if you can't, park at the main parking lot and hike down the road to it)! Hike down the hill and you will be greeted by Jordan Pond. There will be two trails: one bordering the lake and one going up the mountain. Definitely take the trail going up Bubble Mountain!! The trail will not start off steep, but it will when you get closer to the top! You will climb up iron rungs on this and the views are amazing!! Not for hikers with a fear of heights. My two daughters (8 and 9 years old) completed this trail and loved it!! The views are breathtaking!!! Blueberries galore!!!

Great hike. started at the Bubble parking lot headed south to Jordan Pond the went up the south of the south bubble. Fun little scramble with a wedge toward the top. Wedge was a bit of a squeeze even for a tall skinny guy like me but worth the view. Headed to North bubble which is only an extra .3 miles up.

We spoke with the locals and in the summer the bubble gets over crowded. Head early to this hike and the bee hive. Parking at the bubble can get tough, I can tell.

Cool and cloudy to start but can't beat the views in whatever weather. Started up North Bubble from BR parking lot, followed northward to Connors Nubble; continue the loop by descending north side of Connors Nubble and return via Eagle Lake trail and carry trail. Some fun rock scrambling along shore of Eagle Lake.

Beautiful views and a great quick hike. Did this with my 6 year old son, 62 year old mother and 1 year old dog. Everyone loved it though for more experienced hikers it is quite easy.

Good hike with good payoff as views are sweet. Did this couple days ago with group of kids aged 5-11. Moderate elevation gain with mostly wood supported stairs and gaining to some granite steps to easy flat trail. Make sure to check out Balance Rock at too.
