A lot of trail is over grown, definitely not 9 miles of defined trail; maybe 3 miles!

Not a real trail unless you count a barely beaten trail marked by some random blue dots on trees. Doesn't look like it's been used in a year. Definitely not for mountain biking.

whether it's your 1st time or training for multi nights out this place has it all... free range to trek throughout the huge park or stick to multiple trails that run into each other .... all trails are clearly marked with little orange markers... hikers are free to camp anywhere in the park.. beautiful landscape lush with wildlife... we personally walked upon and close to several turkey and deer... be mindful there are pigs in the forest... very kid and pet friendly
