Great water trail for kayaking. Water can be shallow in summer. Attractions along this trail include a suspension bridge and a small cave.

I went on this trail about 5 times last summer (2011) and each time was more amazing. The awesome cliff lines after the I-64 bridge to Carter Caves are breath taking. Some cliffs are in my guess are 150'-200'. The water is crystal clear in the summer time and green in the spring and fall.
