The trail is over grown in the summer and I was only a mile in and I had already found 21 ticks on me. It’s pretty but not worth it for the ticks. I have been in the fall when they mowed down the trail and still had the same issue of ticks.

Not really a "hiking" trail. The foot travel trail shares the same trail for horseback riding. Easy enough terrain, but not much for scenery. It was ok for my younger kids but all in all, wouldn't drive to far out of my way to get there.
