Fun mountain bike trail, mostly shaded by forest canopy with good views of the lake. Don't know if the maps are recent updates, but I found plenty of maps posted (maybe 10 or so?). They were posted at most, if not all, crossroad points or near other access trails. Color coordinated trails and markers on the trees at these crossroad points made it easy to follow. Highly recommended trail.

This is smoother than Canal Loop. I just wished it was marked better.

This is as close to a slow motion roller coaster as I’ve ever seen. It goes up. It goes down. It makes 180 degree turns. And then there’s the half pipe! Be sure to start to the right so the bench around mile 6 will be more appreciated. Definitely will be trying this one again.

This is a awesome trail. Lots of natural and man made obstacles. If your tired of riding on concrete golf cart paths this is your trail! Pro- Trail marked very well. Good mixture of up hill and down hill. Lot’s of man made improvements. Con- None. I live in Southern Illinois we don’t have stuff like this. I’m grateful Kentucky does!
