Very easy trail flat trail! It was fairly muddy but was expected this time of year especially after snow/rain.

Beautiful trail. Did it when it was drizzling and chilly and still managed to have a great time. A little muddy but nothing terrible. The mist and fog actually added to how pretty this hike was. Will do again for sure.

HikingGreat!Muddy

The grays arch is absolutely beautiful. The trail to it is rather tame including the stairs down and then the slight elevation increase to get to the base of the arch itself. It was amazing coming around a corner and seeing this massive arch in the middle of the forest. It seems quite surreal. We went on a weekday in the cold and had the place to ourselves. I recommend doing the same.

HikingGreat!

This is rated moderate due to two sets of steps and a little scramble to get up to the arch. There are cool geologic features and the arch is beautiful. We saw only three other people yesterday. Good parking and picnic tables.
