Parking lot near the small picnic shelter. Near the north end is a series of fitness stations designed to teach strengthening and stretching exercises. Easy trail good for children, bicycles, dogs, the elderly and wheelchairs. It's a loop so walkers can double, triple for additional length.

This is an exercise track. As a trail, skip it. So boring and next to the road. I would have rather watched paint dry

I walk this trail often on my lunch breaks. It js a nice wide path with fitness stations.
