This is an interesting rock formation. It is made of coral (this area of Kansas used to be under a sea) and you can see little shells and fossils in the rocks. I went when the sun was setting and it was gorgeous! This is privately owned land that the owners graciously allow the public to access. Please be aware of rules and signs.

Interesting Rock formations among the flat plains of Kansas. A short drive south of I-70. Worth the stop to break up the drive through Kansas.
