Nice park. Very pretty for being so close to the city. Good bike paths as well as a mile circuit for cross country runners.

I really liked this park! It was very nice walk flat and many things to see. Would be great for bike riding for the family, or a nice evening stroll with the fam

Cool dam to check out. The trail is extremely flat and easy without any slopes. Trail goes around lake and Continues south, goes under prairie star parkway past another parking lot, not sure how far south. Can be busy especially on weekends. I wouldn't consider this park for mountain biking, it's mostly paved with a maybe a mile on a wide gravel trail.

This trail is nice if you are looking for a family friendly and easy ride. Half the trail is paved and half is sand packed. The trail is great if you are looking for something that isn't too hard.

Nice loop around the lake for mixed media running. Half the trail is nice wide sand packed trail along the lake bluff and the half is paved going across the damn and back to the start. Wide enough for three trail runners to run beside each other. Some nice rolling slopes along the dirt side for sprinting up hill.
