Came through Fort Scott and stopped again to get fuller tour. Free admission to the site. Very informative. It is a destination hike.

I went on a cold cold, sunny day. Nice easy trail, I used the audio tour on my cell phone, kind of nice.. Lots of history, the place is in pretty good shape.
