This trail says it is for hikers and mountain bikers, but it was clearly meant for mountain bikers. There was a lot of broken concrete slabs thrown about to make the terrain rocky. I wouldn't recommend for hikers.

Was a little damp but not completely soaked. With the recent thunderstorms I was expecting worse.. but still rideable without tearing things up in the process.

Pretty cool trail for being in the city, but if it has rained in the last week, it isn’t even rideable. I have a mid travel enduro bike and it gets boring pretty quick. It’s like a mountain bike trail from the early 2000’s. On a single speed, or even a fully rigid bike, there isn’t anything you can’t do. One little tabletop in the middle of the west loop is all there is for getting air, but it has some cool features such as some log piles, wooden skinnies, and rock gardens. But with a day of work and a load of dirt I could make the trails quite a bit better. Totally recommend to beginner riders that are new to the mtb sort of thing.
