Great level and paved trail for walking or jogging as many miles as I chose. The Schildberg Recreation Area trail loops around two lakes and has a short path that goes to a dead near the third lake. If you don't want to go around all three, you can loop only one or two of the three lakes. Additionally, you can take the pedestrian bridge to the AMU Well Field trail and go an any of the paths there. There are waypoints to shorten the trail, or make it longer as well. The AMU well field trail has portions that are not paved, but they do have nice gravel. If there has been recent rain or flooding, the gravel paths may be muddy. To avoid mud, stay on the paved trail, but if you want to see the river, take the gravel paths. The Schildbeg trail is very peaceful and not crowded. The AMU well field trail rarely has anyone else walking on it.
