Iowa School of the Deaf Nature Center Trail is a 1 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Council Bluffs, Iowa and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and walking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The one mile trail is located on what was the mustering grounds for the Mormon battallion. Trail is lined with a few historic markers, contains a small wetland restoration and a tall grass prairie restoration, and a wildflower plot.

Nice and short trail. Perfect for walks. I biked it to connect to the Valley View trail from the IWF Trailhead park.

It is a good trail when for younger children who are starting out riding bikes. Flat and not usually too crowded.

This short trail is ADA accessible, has historic significance as it is built on the Mormon Battalion Mustering ground and is identified as such with historic markers. Has a nice wetland and prairie restoration plot. Well worth a brief stop to stretch your legs.
