Absolutely beautiful! I’ve done this trail in all four seasons and had a fantastic experience. The nature center is really nice and restrooms are usually open. Observation tower offers great views as well. Park entrance fee. Great for trail runs, hikes, families, etc.

We just did one small loop from the campground down to a small pond. Elevation change down to pond is about 300 feet and occasionally overgrown

Great hike! Beware that some of the trails that show on the app are actually closed. Way overgrown with nettles and poison ivy. Otherwise a great thigh burner! Come prepared with plenty of water and a first aid kit!

Excellent hike ! We had to turn back because of thunder, lightening and rain. Definitely a leg burner and heart racer ! We will be back. Extremely well kept & beautiful flowers and crazy butterflies.
