Very smooth trail. The mud is all dried up. Not much of a goal or end point in my opinion, but the trail, trees, creek, and wildlife were wonderful! Several people had their dogs along and I think kids would like the little hike to the teepee near the end. 6-1-2020

This trail is nicely maintained, but I wouldn’t call it a moderate level trail.

I do this trail often. Seems that it should rated as an easy trail, however. It’s enjoyable, as are all the other trail options at Jester Park.

Great family hike. Couldn't finish the route because of flooding.

Snowshoeing

Did a nice out and back on the trail today with snowshoes. Not quite enough snow but still a great trip. The snow was pretty, the birds were singing and the creek was lovely. Bonus, I meet a very nice dog :)

This is a short, shady walk through the forest at a county park. Seems like it should be rated "easy" to me: there are a few uphill sections, but hardy moderate. There's a small stream off to the side of the trail for most of its length so be prepared for mosquitoes. One end of the trail is the natural playscape area which is great fun for kids! There are latrines at both ends of the trail.
