Stayed on the main trail this time. Good trail until about the half way point, then disappears. There was a section with quite a few acorns on the ground, so be careful there. The wooden bridge has some planks that are rotten & some that are broke, so there is another place to watch out.

Walking

A walk through the woods. Trail is a bit confusing as there are other spurs that stray away from the main trail. Some parts of the trail loop are shared as outgoing and incoming leading to some more confusion. Whatever route is taken you can’t get lost as the entire woods area isn’t very big. Decent mowed picnic area and a good parking lot.

Hiking

I just stumbled upon this little county park while I was driving in the area, and it's been one of my favorite hikes! Lovely wooded trail with several off-shoots to explore as much or as little as you like. One of the ones I took led me to a really cool stream. Be prepared for some hills.
