Davenport Riverfront Trail is a 14.2 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Davenport, Iowa that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from March until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
Please note that construction has been reported on this trail as of 07/08/2020. It offers a scenic view of the Mississippi River and passes through the historical areas of Davenport.

June 4, 2019Due to the flooding I walked the Hillside Neighborhood. Nice steady climbs and beautiful scenery.
April 7, 2019Credit Island is a pretty part of the trail. Probably 90+ percent is in the shade. Normally they're is a nice breeze coming in off the river. It's a really easy walk and they're working on improving the area by the old casino. You can hike/ walk or or bicycle it.
August 12, 2018Great bike trail. We took 3 daughters on new Trek bikes that we bought at Harper’s in Muscatine. Had a great ride and pizza at Antonella’s in the Freight House. Next we will start at Lilypad/play area. Cannot wait until next time.
January 2, 2015Urban trail along the riverfront. Well maintained, can be very busy during the Summer. Lots of events held along the river, playgrounds, picnics and sculptures in Davenport and Muscatine.
