Short easy walking path. Peaceful prairie surround most of the well maintained cement path. Various signs with interesting facts about the area history and wildlife. I would like to see this path during the spring bloom season.

Hiked the accessible path on a sunny, hot morning. The trail is well maintained and clean. It is great for a wheelchair, if you are in good shape to push the chair up steep inclines. The elevation change here is more than we expected. The path is well maintained and was exceptionally free of litter.

Very nice, clean and quiet spot on the West end of Davenport. Dan Sherman trail is a paved trail that connects Telegraph Road on the North end down to Rockingham Road on the South end. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback trails connect off main trail and go off into the woods and prairies.
