Cedar Bluffs Natural Area and State Preserve is a 2 mile loop trail located near Oskaloosa, Iowa and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and birding and is accessible year-round.
The trail was quite overgrown and we found a ton of ticks, but it was nice overall.
This is a great trail. I thought the lookout was fabulous. The history of this park is a great thing to read about.
Great spot not all that well known. Early spring before the trees leaf out is the best time to go. Great cliff views and lots of bald eagles
